- Completion Grants: These are used to complete your PhD and be financed up to six months.
Pursuant to the Brandenburg Higher Education Laws and the Postgraduate Scholarship Committee regulations the University of Potsdam, the University of Potsdam offers PhD scholarships. The monthly stipend amounts to 1,100 โฌ (without family allowance). The scholarships will cover your living expenses, including social security and health insurance, where necessary. The call is open for PhD students of the University of Potsdam who have a supervisor from the University of Potsdam. The call is also open for all scientific disciplines.

Candidates have to be registered as doctoral students of the University of Potsdam. The first supervisor and reviewer has to be a professor of the University of Potsdam.ย Please also note the information regarding the two letters of recommendation.
