Description: 

The scholarship supports PhD students associated with the Geospatial Research Institute Toi Hangarau (GRI). It provides a stipend of $9,000 per annum for three years, plus grants for costs up to a value of $2,000 per annum.

Eligibility

  • Applicants must have received an offer of admission to a programme for a PhD at the University. Normally, the applicant’s proposed research project must have been advertised by the GRI. Applicants must have applied for a UC Doctoral Scholarship and/or a UC Doctoral Scholarship for Students with Disabilities to support study in a GRI research project.
